The first and (probably) most important part of the process is the discovery phase. I’ll have you fill out the brand questionnaire to get a feel for your brand’s personality. If necessary, we will have a short Zoom meeting or phone call to hash out the details and make sure we’re on the same page. Then I’ll research your market and competitors. I’ll spend time perfecting a moodboard with my general direction for the brand.

This is where things start to take shape. I’ll sketch out a range of ideas (some will be great, some will be… not, but that’s part of the process).

Once a few strong directions come through, I bring them into a digital format and start refining. I focus on making sure your logo is scalable and works just as well in black and white as it does in color. From there, I build out typography and color so everything reflects the brand direction we defined in the beginning.

Once we’ve landed on the strongest direction, we fine-tune the details and bring everything together into a cohesive, polished brand.

From there, I’ll package up your final files so everything is organized and ready to use, giving you a brand you can confidently show up with across your website, social media, and marketing.
