Whether you’re after a brand, a website, SEO, ongoing care for your site, or a mix of all four, here’s what working together looks like from first hello to launch day.

Fill out the contact form with a quick overview of your project. From there, I’ll reach out to schedule a free 15-minute discovery call so we can talk through your business, your goals, and what you need. It’s a relaxed chat, not a sales pitch, and it helps us both decide if we’re a good fit.

You’ll get a proposal with dates, pricing, and exactly what’s included, so nothing’s a surprise later. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, I’ll send over a questionnaire so I can dig into the details of your business, your audience, and your goals. Then we’re officially underway.

3 Create

the fun part

Here’s what this stage looks like for each service. If your project includes more than one, they’ll overlap where it makes sense.

Branding

I start with research into your industry and competitors, then build a mood board around your brand’s direction. From there I design your logo, color palette, typography, and any other pieces your package includes. I present one strong logo direction rather than a pile of options, and we refine it together through the feedback rounds we agreed on up front.

SEO

I begin with keyword research and a look at how your site performs now, then optimize your pages and set up your Google Business Profile. Analytics and blog content can be added if they fit your goals. Most results show up within 3 to 6 months and keep building from there.

Web Design

First, you’ll send over your copy and photos, and I’m happy to help with either if you need it. If it’s part of your project, I’ll map out a wireframe, then design every page around your brand, with at least one round of revisions. Before launch, I check every page on mobile, test your contact forms, and set up your basic SEO, Search Console, and Analytics.

Hosting & Maintenance

For WordPress sites, I start by taking a close look at where your site stands today. Depending on what you need, I’ll work with your current host, set up new hosting, or move your site to my server. Either way, I run a full check-up and get everything updated and backed up.
