The Pour Guys

The Pour Guys is a Knoxville-based bartending and event staffing company that works weddings, private parties, and special events all across East Tennessee. Their team shows up polished and professional at every event, and they needed a website that gave people that same first impression before they ever picked up the phone.

The site is built around the two things they actually need it to do: book events and hire great people. Couples and event planners can get a quick feel for their bartending, fine dining service, and event staffing, then reach out through a simple contact form. And since a staffing company is only as good as its team, there’s an employment application built right in, so new bartenders and servers can apply without a single email back and forth.

The Pour Guys also has a sister company, Valet Guys of Knoxville, and I designed that website too. A “Need Valets?” link in the main menu sends event clients straight over, which makes it easy for someone planning a wedding to book bartenders and parking in one go.

I handled their SEO as well, so when people around Knoxville search for event bartenders, The Pour Guys has a real shot at showing up. And I’ve hosted and maintained their site since 2019, which honestly makes them one of my longest-running clients. Whenever they need new photos, a service update, or a change to their hiring info, Amanda sends me a quick note and I take care of it, so they can keep their focus on the events. She’s been such a joy to work with all these years!
