Website Design & Branding in Blount County, Tennessee

This is home, and the businesses here are my neighbors.

I live and work in Maryville, and a lot of my clients are Blount County businesses who heard about me from other Blount County businesses. Whether you’re on Broadway, out by the airport, or on the quiet side of the Smokies in Townsend, I already know the people you’re trying to reach.

Most of what I build here is a brand and a website that finally match the business you’ve actually put together, so the first impression online feels as good as walking in the door.

What makes Blount County, Blount County?

I moved here in 2011, and it didn’t take long to figure out that Blount County is just nice, all the time. People wave, they hold the door, and they actually mean it when they ask how you’re doing. When friends come to visit, I take them to drive the loop in Cades Cove, grab milkshakes at the Capitol Theatre downtown, grab coffees at Southern Grace, and eat way too much at Walnut Kitchen.

It’s changing fast, too. Smith & Wesson and Amazon have moved in, new neighborhoods keep popping up, and Alcoa Highway has been under construction for what feels like a million years. But the things that make it home haven’t gone anywhere: walks on the Greenway, fireworks over the duck pond every Fourth of July, the Smokies sitting right there on the horizon, and plenty of folks are sad about the loss of the Summer on Broadway festival.

That small-town feel shows up in how people here choose who to work with, too. Nobody in Blount County wants a 1-800 number and an hour on hold with a robot. They want someone they can actually call. That’s how I run my studio, and it’s what I try to build into every brand and website I make here: something that feels like a real person you’d be glad to pick up the phone for.

Testimonial

We had a need for a re-working of our website and needed it sooner than later. We were trying to include a new start up and needed a web presence quickly. Kalie was very helpful and guided us thru the process in a professional and personal way. Highly recommend Wild Heart Design for any web project you may have.

FAQs

I’d love to! Anywhere in the county is an easy drive for me, so if you’d like to kick things off over coffee, we can. After that most of it happens over email and shared files, but you can always ask to talk something through face to face.

Absolutely. The towns above are where most of my work happens, but I work with businesses all over Blount County and well beyond it. If you’re nearby, we can meet; if you’re not, the process works just as well over video calls.

Yes! A lot of businesses near the Smokies are chosen by people who’ve never been here before, often from a phone on the drive in. That means your website and Google listing are doing the work of a first visit. I can help you look like the place you actually are and show up when visitors are searching, whether it’s peak season or a quiet week in January.
