Website Design & Branding in Knoxville, Tennessee

When you work with me, you work with me, from the very first conversation to the day your site goes live.

I work with Knoxville businesses from just south of town, close enough to meet in person whenever that helps. The person you talk with about your business is the same one designing your logo and building your pages, so nothing gets lost along the way and you always know exactly who to call.

It’s a great fit if you want a brand and a website made with real care by someone who’ll still be here in two years when you need a page added. And if you’re looking for a full marketing team instead, I’m always happy to point you in the right direction.

up the road

What I've noticed about Knoxville

If you’ve ever tried to get anywhere near Neyland Stadium on a game day, you already know Knoxville takes its Vols seriously. But there’s a lot more going on here than football. Fountain City has had some real energy behind bringing it back to life, and every September, East Knoxville fills up for the Tennessee Valley Fair out by the Zoo. My Knoxville clients are spread all over town, so I’ve gotten to see a little bit of all of it.

I’ll be honest, the drive up 129 isn’t my favorite part of the week. But I’ll happily make the trip for client meetings, a Trader Joe’s run, Costco (at least until the Alcoa one opens), and the occasional new coffee shop I’ve been wanting to try. A good playlist or an audiobook makes the traffic a lot more bearable.

What I’ve noticed most is that Knoxville is just busier. There are more businesses competing for the same customers and the same searches, and standing out actually takes more than a decent website. Some of my clients are up against companies all over the country, some only have one or two local competitors, and some have been around so long that their name does a lot of the work for them. Each of those needs something a little different, and that’s a big part of what I’ll want to talk through with you.

FAQs

Not really. I’m about thirty minutes south, so if you’d like to meet in person, we can. The rest of a project happens over email and shared files anyway, the same way it would if my office were in Bearden.

Mostly that there’s no team. You work with me start to finish, which means nothing gets lost in a handoff and nobody has to learn your business twice. It also means I take on fewer projects at a time. If you need a full marketing department, an agency is honestly the better call, and I’ll tell you that.

All the time! Most of my work is in Blount County, especially Maryville and Alcoa, and I’ve worked with businesses well outside East Tennessee too. My roots from the Pacific Northwest will sometimes land me some work in Oregon and Washington!
